How do I place an order?
Add what you want to the cart on our Shop page, fill in your delivery details, and WhatsApp opens with your complete order written out. We confirm stock, tell you the delivery charge, and share payment details in that chat.
Are delivery charges included in the prices?
No. All prices on this website are for the product only. Your delivery charge depends on your PIN code and order weight, and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro PIN codes are usually at the faster end. We share tracking details on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we will share UPI and bank transfer details. No payment is ever taken on this website itself.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at present for retail orders. Export enquiries are welcome — use the wholesale form and select Exporter as your business type.
